I bring over two decades of experience organising people, processes and priorities — from executive offices to large-scale digital and cyber security programs.

Across my career I’ve:

  • Delivered complex project and program work in highly regulated environments (government, utilities, finance and transport), balancing competing priorities, limited resources and tight deadlines

  • Acted as the central point of coordination between executives, technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders — ensuring everyone knows what’s happening, what’s next, and who’s responsible

  • Brought financial discipline and practical governance to projects, including budget ownership, cost-benefit analysis, risk management and executive-level reporting
